A land based on ancient Welsh folklore from 'The Prydain Chronicles' novels by Lloyd Alexander. Things of note:
- Attacking across rivers carries a -1 penalty. Attacking minor fortresses also carries a -1 penalty, and attacking mountains or major fortresses is at -2.
- Annuvin and Caer Dathyl are capitals and are awarded generous bonuses.
- Llyr, Avren Harbour, and Caer Cadarn are awarded a less generous bonus.
- Some of the more prosperous of the Free Commots are awarded a bonus unit each turn that is automatically placed on that territory.
- The Kingdom of the Fair Folk can attack any mountainous territory, through their extensive network of secret tunnels.
- Similarly, Annuvin can fortify to or from any territory in the Western Shores via secret routes (with the exception of the Isle of Mona).
- Caer Dallben, via sorcery, can see all territories.
- The Marshes of Morva, as the home of the fates, can strike at any fortress territory.
- The Wild Hunt (located in Source of the Avren - the little tents) can attack across rivers without penalty, and can attack up to 2 territories distant.
