Board Description

Eleven: Electric

Both players in this game start out even with 25 random territories and 11 randomly placed armies. Each turn, players are given 2 armies to place and the goal is to control 5 power plants at the beginning of your turn. The power plants are connected to factories which will produce one army on the factory for power plant the player owns. Use your 3 attacks and 2 fortifies to cut out a portion of the board and out produce your opponents. All attacks are with standard dice.
