    If you visit the player's profile it shows them on vacation until 11/10. It seems in the latest site upgrades the "on vacation" that was displayed in the current turn column on the My Games page, and I believe it also used to be shown in the turn timer within the games as well, has gone missing.

    I'm working on this bug - vacations aren't showing on the player list in the games hence the confusion!
