The Board (Image) page of Board Info should display the Starting Scenario correct?  It looks like Neutrals are displayed correctly, but Neutral Capitals just display as regular territories, and Player Defined Capitals just display all Black without the unit count (or at least without it visible).

    For Example:

http://www.wargear.net/boards/view/Castles/Board - Castles don't display as defined Neutral Capitals.

http://www.wargear.net/boards/view/Spy%20vs%20Spy/Board - Player Capitals are all Black.

Hmmmm, I guess defined player territories are always all Black (ie http://www.wargear.net/boards/view/Duck%20Hunt/Board ), is that intended?

Not too big of a deal, since I believe the Flash Player of a game always displays the correct Starting Scenario on that tab, but would be nice to see them in sync.

    Thanks!

So starting scenarios are defined now (except Neutral Capitals still don't display, for either Single Layer or Dual Layer Boards) on the Board image page, but there are still some other differences.

Dual Layer Boards look like they display good (and right IMO): http://www.wargear.net/boards/view/679/Board

Single Layer Boards show Fog Image (would they show the Custom?) on Unallocated areas though (should show Allocated and then Board Image IMO): http://www.wargear.net/boards/view/Pirate%20Gear/Board

Then I still think there are some differences during Simultaneous Territory Selection, Game Page displays Fog Image on Unallocated territories of Single Layer (probably less right, but maybe not wrong), while Dual Layer shows just like above, but then both are reversed in the Flash (Single shows "good", but Dual shows Default Fog Image (instead of even Custom), perhaps the less right).

Again, I don't think this is that big of a deal, or even anything most people would notice, but eventually wouldn't mind seeing consistent IMO.

Just noticed that the Game Page doesn't display the Custom Fog Image for this game: http://www.wargear.net/games/view/13606
But in the Flash Player it does: http://www.wargear.net/games/player/13606

This is starting to be a common occurrence (see Crams World War map: http://www.wargear.net/games/view/23658 ) to where the Fog isn't displaying correctly on the Game info page (is it displaying a previous Fog image?).  M57's Gearfight in Review is having the same issue too, and I think a few of my boards still don't display correctly.

It's quirky.. I made a copy of Gearfight, was playing with it by uploading different maps to it and I'm pretty sure I was able to fix the problem. But when I tried to upload those same maps to the original, ..no joy.

..but we won't be happy until there is a "barren" designer feature.

This is a weird one - it seems to be some sort of corruption of the fog images that have been uploaded. The fog image appears to only partially load hence the weird pattern that is displayed.

To fix this I loaded the fog image for Cram's World War board into Paint.net, then re-saved it with no other changes - this fixed the problem so it may be some sort of PNG indexing.

It's either a problem with the original image files or the file is corrupted somehow when the fog image is uploaded. Given that it's affected more than one designer it's probably corruption on upload.

I have no idea what causes it but re-uploading the fog image may fix the problem, although it's possible it's a problem with the original file.

This messed up the Thumbnails for the board in both the Games List (http://www.wargear.net/boards/view/World%20War/Games%20List) and the main Boards page.  The territories now show transparent rather than with the Green Fill Layer.
