probably the best solution. I'm pretty sure I've seen it happen once or twice on a multi-player game, but that's it. It does seem to be more likely to happen with 2-player games, though quite infrequently.

I noticed the problem in a bunch of recent games. - I think I fixed it. For some reason the Set-up was allocating the mercenary territory to one of the players - Not that that should have made any difference, but it needs to be played a few times to make sure.

Good job M57. I was thinking of trying to play this one more in a 1v1 capacity but that glitch was keeping me off.
