There are two scenarios available with a pretty significant difference in game mechanic between them. Both have the goal to be the first person to capture 31 territories (out of 71) in the castle.

I've started a game on each scenario, but feel free to start a new one if you miss out on these:
Dolmabahce Sarayi is intended to be a quick 2-player board with a simple set of mechanics that nonetheless allow for finer strategizing.
I fixed the per territory bonus problem -- or rather found an acceptable work-around -- on v2.1. I'm pretty excited about this version, as players have to balance their advancement toward the win condition (capture a certain number of territories) with their income (the more territories you control, the less units you will have to place). Looking for more testers to help fine-tune it.

Is this a floor map of the palace? How did you come across this?

I was able to find this..

Yes, the floor plan M57 found is where I started. The board is a modification (artistic license, you know) of that floor map. The original was just way too wide, and I only used one floor (with some secret tunnels added in for game play purposes).

Are you still doing test games? This looks great!
It's up on open beta, but I started another test game, here: http://www.wargear.net/games/join/472743
I'm testing fog level right now -- not sure if it's best with no fog, light fog, or heavy fog (or just let players decide which one they want to play). I like the other mechanics pretty well at the moment, but am always open to suggestions.
