I'm using this feature in a board I'm designing and it's functioning beautifully, with the exception of what seems to be a minor bug. The following concerns a single territory (the Crown, with a max unit cap of 100), There is a factory that always AutoNeutralResets the Crown with +100. Additionally, the Crown is the target of all the below Factories.
Castle A is the sole member of Universal Factory A, set to -10
Castle B is the sole member of Universal Factory B, set to -10
Castle C is the sole member of Universal Factory C, set to -10
etc..
If a player has no castles, the Crown resets at 100. This works fine.
What is expected is that if a player holds one castle, the Crown should start at 90; with two castles, 80; and with three, 70, etc..
But for some reason, holding the first Castle only reduces the crown by 9 ..to 91. Additional castles reduce it by the expected 10 per. So what I end up with is..
No Castles = 100
1 Castle = 91
2 Castles = 81
3 Castles = 71
etc..

The castle icons are similar to the churchy/mosquey things, so be careful not to confuse the two.
Is this on all scenarios? Do you have a live game I can review the logs on / restart as needed?
