1. This may have been previously implemented but: Ability to post in a game you were invited to but eventually filled up and started.
But this post is more about the below:
2. Sometimes map developers (mostly looking at M57 and Thingol here :P) send private messages in tournaments and/or maps they designed understandably taking an interest in certain developments or twists or players in their maps.
There is currently no way to reply to that message in-game without going outside of the map. You can private message in the game, or to your team, but cannot make a private reply to someone not in the game. It would be nice to be able to click "reply" on a message to respond to them.

Yeah - I try to be very careful about using that feature/ability. The problem with a player being able to respond is that I may never look at or find that game again. There's no way for me know the player has responded unless I continually go back and check that game.

I haven't checked the ticker.. I'm not sure why it would be there either if I'm not in a game, but..
