I am having trouble inserting a pic, I have done it before......

I go to the image upload area and click select files and grab a jpg or a png, but it does not seem to be working.

    What am I doing wrong.

in the Full editor at the bottom of the screen there is an image upload button.. I'm assuming it's there to be external to the flash editor?

Has the filename got a weird character in it? Try renaming it if so.

    Hey Tom,

    The filename is fl.jpg

What types of file can be uploaded, is jpg one of them?

Also, am I right in thinking that when I click ok to upload I should be able to the picture in the preview window before I click 'reply to thread'?

Right now, when I go through the process I dont get any error messages, but nothing seems to upload, the screen is black.

thought the pic had to be hosted online somewhere (need the url to it) and not directly attached from PC...

    I'm a man.
    But I can change,
    if I have to,
    I guess...

Yes, I tried and png as well.

Previously, the pic has to be online, but recently functionality was added that allowed an upload (as opposed to a link).  I have done this before successfully but it does not work now.

Is anyone else adding pix to the forum posts?

I can't get it to work (Firefox on a PC with a .png).

I try the "select files" button and browse to the file, but nothing happens.

Has anyone successfully embedded a picutre in a forum post within the last month.  If yes, then please let me know how you did it.

    Hey BT,

Did you use the image upload link in the lower lef of the Full Editor or the Insert image up above?
