    Tom,

     

    The following game glitched when I made the final attack, and asked me to retry or cancel (unless I'm confused):

    After reloading the game, instead of the end of game, I ended my turn and the game is continuing.

     

    If you could take a look, it would be much appreciated.

    Well, the tournament seems to have completed.  So maybe it's nothing.
