When I press play on the history of a game, it is tedious to sit through 100+ fogged moves.  I think if there is more than one fogged move in a row, the player should speed up.  Maybe all subsequent fogged moves would have 1/10 the time step allocated to them as the default.

This could also be applied to situations where someone is attacking with large forces, watching an army of 200 take out an army of 100, could be sped up in the same way.

I'd like to toggle the number bubbles that appear over each attack/placement.
