I have 2 questions:

1) In this game:

When we load the player, and then look at the rules, Team Settings rules, Teamplay Enabled:  it says "Teamplay Only," and all other settings are greyed out/no value.
It's a 2v2v2v2 scenario, so I'm pretty sure that Teamplay is Enabled, so I'd think it should show the settings, but it doesn't.

2) In a team game on this board, if Team Unit Transfer is enabled, can rescue our partner's stranded workers?
If so, I'd think to do so I would have to move a rescue army to under my partner's stranded worker, and then on my partner's turn, he will be able to transfer the stranded worker to my rescue worker.

Can someone confirm that both of these are correct?

That's a display bug in the way the Rules are shown (or not shown!) in the Player for the 'Teamplay Only' setting. You can go by the board rules page which is as follows:

As team unit transfer is enabled your scenario in (2) should work.
