    If you have IE7 and are having problems accessing the Flash Player (it appears as a blank screen in the middle of the page), you will need to disable the Chat Bar.

    To do this, click on the Settings link and disable the setting that says 'This option allows you to disable the chat bar'.

    This is a temporary workaround while the root cause is fixed.
