So I'm set on vacation through tomorrow, but am back and ready to come off vacation so I don't cost myself another vacation day.
I've finished all games that are listed as my turn.
Unfortunately, when I try to come off vacation it says there are 2 games left that I will be skipped/booted out of if I come off vacation now.

I double checked, and I don't have any games that are my turn.

Is there any chance that the math is calculated wrong, or do I have games that aren't showing up on my list for some reason.

You're safe to end your vacation - there is a bug where if someone else is on vacation in the same game it counts that as a game that will result in a boot if it's your vacation (http://www.wargear.net/games/view/79923)

This bug has been fixed now.
