    Hi my name is Yuri, and im new to this forum. I've been playing on this site for 3 days now and i really enjoy it. I have a question though. When i play lightning (10 min turns) and someone does not act within those 10 minutes, how can i boot him? Because it has happened to me a few times now... thanks.

    Welcome Yuri. All this is automatic, you have nothing to do. After 10 minutes, your turn is skipped. After 20 minutes, you are booted.

    Note those do not need to be consecutive turns; first 10 timer that expires results in a skipped turn, the second is a boot.  For more detailed information please look at:

    Alpha,

    I thought it had to be consecutive turns.  I've had some players miss a turn, then take the next turn.  When I look at the turn after that it can still skip their turn.  So something like this:

    1 - Skipped turn

    2 - Took turn, played turn

    3 - Skipped turn

    4 - Booted after time expires

    ~~~~~~~~~~
    So, Beastlymaster, now you see that evil will always triumph because good is dumb.
    I can confirm what BM said. You can have your turned skipped several times in a game, and never get booted, as long as you are not skipped twice in a row.
    Yep to what BM said...from the Help page:
    Automatically skip players turn when the boot interval is reached: When a player reaches a turn time equal to the boot interval the game will automatically skip the player’s turn and discard the armies received unless they can be placed in reserve. All of the player’s territories and cards stay owned without change. Two consecutive skipped turns results in an automatic boot.
    And this setting is what Public/Ranked games play by.
    I guess I cannot read my own reference.  Thanks for the correction.
