    Question for the FAQ that would require an answer from tom first :).

    How is Turn Order for SimulGear determined if set to By Units or Territories and two or more players have the same number of Units/Territories?

    Appears to be Random or at least not simple Seat order from what I see.  Thanks!

    This probably needs revisiting - at the moment it will be who owns the first territory by ID on the board.
