Some of you may know that in my Real Life, I have a Neice that has a condition known as Alternating Hemoplegia of Childhood. This rare condition is an utter horror to watch as it sends my neice into seizures that are the scarriest thing you can imagine.
The Foundation for AHC is up for a donation in the Pepsi Refresh Project but only the top 2 get the $250K donation for research and we just dropped to #3 from a group that just won back in August. I know that all these charities are deserving of the money but since I have a personal stake in this particular one, I'm a little bias. I refrained from asking here as I am usually just a snarky map maker and a below average player and you don't really know me at all but it is crunch time and I am doing all I can here. We Did It! AHCF got a $250K grant for the Pepsi Refresh Project. Thank you all who voted. We were in third place before I posted here, and while I can't say that the Online Risk Factor was the deciding one, I can say that every little bit helps all the time.
