In the XML, continent members are a list of territories. Would it be possible to expand factories to be a list of territories, also? You could consolidate a series of continents into 1, by making it impact each factory listed by the same bonus.

This would result in one continent that functions as 4 by autocapturing territories 2,3,4, and 5 if you own territory 1. Currently this would be:
