My premium status expired on the 22nd despite a payment to renew made on the 19th. When should I expect my account to reflect this?

Hi Tom, I might be having the same issue.
I tried to reactivate my premium account yesterday (which has been dormant since 2015), and I'm still standard even though it's been more than a day since the paypal transaction. Can you have a look? Thnanks!

Thanks. I tried that yesterday (via the "messages" feature in the site's top menu bar, right?). But I haven't heard back yet, so I figured I'd try another method.
Yup. That's the method (messages > Send to 'tom')
Bear in mind that (afaik) this is not his full-time gig, so there's usually an understandable lag in responses. But direct messages will get priority over looking through the forum :-)
Oh for sure, all respect to tom for maintaining this site. I love this place, and remember how poorly the old site was run. I just wanted to make sure I had the best way to get in touch with him.
