First part - when I click End Turn, the turn doesn't end on the screen, I have to reload the page. A few times now, the turn will simply reset from the beginning. I have to re-do the entire attack, which sometimes is beneficial, sometimes sucks.

Had the same thing happen Saturday evening during a real time game, only experienced it there. It was predictable though, if you ended your turn before using all of your fortifies it would almost always force you to re-do your turn. 

Definitely an exploitable glitch too, if I wasn't playing a private game with friends I'm sure I would have been tilted.
