In addition to Hub Mode, or whatever we decided to call it, when placing territories, could you make multiple territories hubs, then have all hubs connect to the territories you select?   Also, there should be an option of 1 way, or 2 way modifiers, much like the option for borders.  That way 2 way borders can be modified twice with one step, instead of having to go over each border twice.  Then maybe a modifier chain mode and hub mode?

Yes I guess that's doable - I'm working on the Designer update at the moment, will see if I can at least work in Hub mode.
