Since posting this, I have been sent two more "you lost" emails and deducted points twice more.  Meanwhile, my opponent has been awarded wins and points correspondingly, and is shooting up the charts, 10 times for one game.

I think this kind of thing is better posted in the support forum. 

I'm going to direct toms attention to it from there for ya. 

This should be fixed now, I've reindexed the rankings.
