    I am trying to sign up for a premium membership, but when I try to pay by credit card it says "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different card or debit card number". Any ideas why this is happening and how to get around this?

    I suggest getting in touch with Paypal, they handle all the transactions for membership.

    I have a premium membership purchase that has been pending since July 12th.

    Paypal took my payment and it has cleared the bank.

    Any thoughts?

    It says this transaction is cancelled in PayPal - can you check on your side?
