    Players who have been eliminated should not have to "vote" for team surrender...

    Seats 3 and 5 have surrendered so Seat 2 (Attila) needs to accept their surrender (click on the link in the Player bar). This should complete the surrender process - all active players from both teams need to accept the surrender.
