The Bonus Army default is set to a multiplier of 0. This means no standard bonus, right?  (except the minimum).  It was pointed out to me that in Fall of Rome, under Bonuses, Limits, and Dice, that I am granting "0 bonus unit (sic) per 3 territories owned".  I changed the multiplier in the new version of the live board.  I'm thinking that the default multiplier should be 1 (assuming I correctly understand how it works), just like in the original game.  Is the default 0 for a reason?
