On this map, when viewed from the info screen, The fogged areas are hard to distinguish from the darker player colors.  Once you get into the Player screen it's much more obvious.  Not sure if this is a bug or something that can be controlled by Cram

I think there's a bug for tom somewhere here because the fogged territories shouldn't be transparent.
