I've noticed a couple games where the dice mods are not as advertised. Is this a bug or was the map just not set up right to begin with? With these older maps its hard to believe the setting has been incorrect this whole time.
In this game I should have a D11 vs D10 bonus attacking the hands and it is telling me that the attack is D10 vs D10...
" You have decreasing attack bonuses going out toward the hands (+4, +3, +2, +1)"
New game on the same board, and all the mods seem to be correct. Hopefully that means it was fixed, or maybe this is just a hit and miss situation.
I know there is a bug where sometimes border modifiers look wrong in (I think) the board explorer in the player. However, I think the modifiers in the actual gameplay are correct.
In this particular board:

You can see:
Created Date is I think the last time the board was modified, so I don't think the map changed between your games, but it might have looked wrong because of the display bug.
So the pop up screen with the attacking options, that shows the dice mods at the bottom, can be off but will always give you the dice mods shown on the board explorer for the map?
the pop-up screen for attack give the correct dice mods always (they follow the board design per the designer's inputs -- sometimes they are unintended mistakes, but they are how they are input into the system).
the bug that we're talking about is in the player's board explorer where there are times when clicking on a territory what it shows as dice mods aren't in-line with what the designer has input.
Ahh my 10 vs 10 was seen in the attacking screen, not in the game's board explorer.
From the history on your game. Row 162 -
162 Abishai attacked Lord of Arabia Left4 > Hands (10,10,6)+1 (5,2)
You can see the +1 after your rolls, showing that it does have +1 to attack from Left4 to the Hands.
Oh ok, if I see something like that again I won't pay much mind to it
