Welcome!. For games, once invited, there's no 'uninvite' option. Although if one of the invitees aren't going to make it, you can add new invitees (i think). If a public game, the spot can be filled by anyone, not just the specific invitee(s).

Also, there's no way to change # of players once the game invite has gone out (eg, can't go from 4 to 3 player game). If the game has yet to start, you can terminate the game at any point - if so desired.

As weathertop said, the easiest is to invite one more player. There is no limit to that, I've seen 20 players invited to a 6-man game, the first to join get to play. If you have noone else to invite then it's best to start another smaller game.
