    In both Chrome (v71) and Firefox (v63) on my Mac, I am unable to purchase a premium membership.  When I get to paypan and go to pay, I get an error that says:

     

    Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time
    Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.

     

    Please help.  I need to purchase a premium membership as I am going on vacation beginning tomorrow.

    Tried this from my Windows PC (Chrome v71) and same error page.

    Used another card in my Paypal account and it went through.  So much for a helpful message PayPal, thanks for nothing.

    I was able to purchase this morning...

    i got in and was not in 'work' mode, and couldn't find it as an option. didn't realize my premium expired. also didn't know that option was a premium option...

    I'm a man.
    But I can change,
    if I have to,
    I guess...
