I completed a turn, but the game clock kept ticking for me.

On the outside, where you can see all active games, it said it was my opponent's turn. But on the inside there was nothing he could do. Nor me. Complete standstill, which ended when I hit 10 minutes and got a boot warning. From there on everything was normal.

That's a strange one - Other than reloading the page, I don't think there's much you could have done.

I tried several reloads. And my opponent had the same experience as me. 

I trust from your answer this is not something that happens often, so probably won't be a problem. Although, if the same thing happens in a three-day turn game it will severely inhibit progress.

you're right, it doesn't happen often. but if it ever happens again, do as you did here (copy the link in the address bar and post it in the support forum). tom should get around to broken games before they're messed up (or he'll revert them to the correct spot) -- doesn't apply to Real Time games though, he doesn't pop in that often...
