For the last month or so, I've been having sluggish response times, especially when I'm transferring units.  Sometimes it can take 30 seconds before I'm able to complete the transfer.  Other times I have to close the browser and login again.  This is problematic when playing Fischer clock games.

I've tested on 3 different ISP's (work, home, cellular) on all the major browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari) with the latest Flash plugin (17.0.0.188) with two computers (OSX 10.10.3 and Windows 7).

Any ideas?

I notice slow down at certain times. Definitely at 3am UTC - usually for 3-4 minutes.  I've also noticed other shorter slow downs - maybe .5-1 minute, that seem to happen at 4 and 5am UTC.  Have you noticed the time when this happens to you? Is it usually on the hour?
