    Hello,

    In the Electoral College map:

    Their are a bunch of empty territories with no troops. Is this a glitch? What do we do?

    I too had some empty territories but I played through only to recieve the following error message "Player data does not tally with number of players".  The board will no longer load.

    The whole field was full of Risky's units, and now they are magically gone...
