Tardis. Hands down.
This looks like a good option, though procuring one might be an issue. Perhaps a rental?

If any conference (aside from ComiCon and brethren) deserves that title, it is the one we went to:
http://jointmathematicsmeetings.org/jmm
Aside from the URL giving it away, the conference ad is subtitled "Largest Mathematics Meeting in the World".

They need to come up with a better motto.
I'm from Chicago, so I don't have a good ability to judge how well known it is outside of my area, but University of Chicago is a VERY good school, and has the reputation of being filled with lots of math, law, and economics nerds.
Their motto is "University of Chicago: Where fun comes to die."
Not to mention 'largest' is fraught with imprecision. How is largest measured? # of words in the proceedings? # of attendees? Total weight of attendees? Square feet of conference rooms? Total distant traveled to attend? etc. etc. etc. I would think a bunch of math geeks would define their terms better.
Just looked at your link. Cedric Villani looks like a villain from a period piece or Disney movie. Even his name sounds sinister. I think he defended his PhD with a rapier.

It is largest by most of those measures. We require very large convention centers for this thing. We probably outsourced the marketing. Otherwise the language would be more precise!
Villani IS an anagram for villain :) And indeed, he has loosened his tie to prepare for battle, his smirk betraying the utmost confidence in his rapier wit.
I meant to post the 2012 link, the one Alpha/Mongrel/I went to. I'll probably attend this one too, though.
