I have a dev game where each side has two cap cities.  I was expecting a side to lose when it lost both cap cities, but they didn't.  Does it work differently than i am thinking?

Also, maybe the changes didn't take, when you go in Board review for a game would a territory say it is a cpaital when you hover over it?  Is there a way to tell in the rule list or some other way that the board uses capitols?  I am looking for a way to confirm my changes took effect.

    That's how it should work.

You probably have a setting wrong.

My daughter is forcing me off the computer or i'd list out the ones I've missed in the past.

If you post a link to the developer someone will find it for you.

Yes if the changes took effect you should see "Capital" when hovering over the territory.

    Thanks guys,

I found some of the settings that were not correct.  Now I will move forward and can verify by hovering.
