    I can't see how it can work. How can they legally deny sale to someone on the grounds of nationality.. can't possibly be legal.

     

    Also, I think its a terrible idea, it will kill their tourist trade. Drunk louts are a problem, a few stoners aint. I was there myself last year, celebrating my Dad's 60th birthday. We had a great time, doubt we would have gone if such a ban were in place.

    Netherlands restricts cannabis to tourists

    I read this, as only tourists could purchase... IMO cannabis should be legal to purchase for anyone over 18, so my vote is 'bad'.
