It's a real-time 10 minute per turn game. From the timestamps, the second player had 10 minutes elapse. So, the turn should be skipped. But, usually you have to get skipped twice before being booted. This is the problem you are seeing?

mmm, looking closer at time stamps it appears that both players missed thier first turns...that would account for what I see. Those two first skipped turns just aren't listed in the history.
