    Any reason why this game isn't starting?  I don't the player who hasn't joined as on vacation, but we've been waiting a few days for this to start.

    It's set up as a 4 player game, so it won't start until 4 players join.  You need to invite someone else, or kill that game and restart as a 3 person game.
