Which I think makes complete sense, and could be accomplished easily if I could set the ramp amount to -1.

It would also be nice to have something like 4,6,8,10,...20,20,20,20, basically a plateau option.

I think  you could do that with the negative ramp, by setting the ramp amount to -2 at 20.
