I just finished a game where there were max units on each territory, and 100s of units to place, with return to attack & fortify.  It got very tiresome, having to click back and forth between the map and the selection bar, and although the hot keys helped, they seemed incomplete.

Ideally, I think you should be able to play wargear and never have to move your mouse up from the board area.

Here are my suggestions for some more hotkeys:

Placing phase:

return -> apply

Attacking phase:

right arrow -> return to place

left arrow -> move to fortify

Fortifying phase:

left arrow -> return to attack

return -> end turn

Maybe something else would be better than left/right arrow since they are on the other side of the keyboard from a,t,and most of the numbers.
