    I think the general WarGear public should get to vote on the official winner, and I think it would be fair to make playing at least 1 game on each submission a precondition for voting. That said, I think it'd also be cool to have a "Designer's Pick" as well, which is decided just by a vote amongst the board designers -- it wouldn't be official, but just for fun.

    Since IRV implies ranking every choice, it could be a bit depressing if everyone thinks your map is the worst.

    I'll offer to make the worst map.  There.. Problem solved.
