    nice painting, with the exception of a few drips/runs from the wall to sacremento, omaha and des moines (the 's'es are silent BTW).

    An update has been made to Fallout correcting an error in which all of the territories within the New Canada region of the map had been inadvertently flagged as capitals. Only "New Montreal" should be considered a capital, and the map now reflects that. A note has also been made in the board description regarding this.

    A new scenario has been created for Fallout. Based on popular demand, New Canada will no longer be treated as a capital in the Scenario: Can't-a-da.

    I have also lowered the number of neutral units blocking the way to the New Canada region.
