I want to be able to do something like this (see picture), that will allow for quick and easy selection of multiple territories or borders for editing. Right now, you have to click on all of them individually.

Another application might be to add or modify borders in batches. For example, if I want one territory to give vision of an area of the board (like satellites in Total WarGear), I could batch-add view-only borders tethered to that territory simply by drag-and-selecting over all the territories in the area. This sort of functionality would speed up board design considerably.
