post 40.
And if you have time, post 34 (same thread) has a different bug.
Just out of curiosity, did anything happen with this?

I *think* I fixed all the bugs there... I guess we'll find out shortly :)

No, strangely enough I couldn't reproduce it. Do you still have the boards in your profile, if so do you mind me testing with them?

I'm still a bit concerned as the Review Game List still doesn't show the Review game that's in progress. Still has the title as just "Marvel".
Ah yes... fixed that for you :)

yes and no.
That is:yes the boards are in my profile and no I do not mind you testing on them. (Please don't mess up the live version, unless you have a back-up and can restore. Really, I do trust you.) Oh yeah, please don't mind all the clutter that is there; mark a path so that you can find your way to the exit safely.
OK so I went into the six player board (1307) and changed the scenario and saved.
Then I went into the base board (1100) and made a different change and saved.
I reloaded the six player board and it had retained the original change as expected.
Are you seeing different behavior to that or am I missing something?
I was getting different behavior (and I repeated the process a few times to make sure it was what was happening), but it seems to be on good behavior now. Sorry for making you look into this, but it was a problem I could repeat at the time. I cannot get it to do it now so I will let it go and let you know if it comes up again. Thanks.
For the charts showing number of player joined / boards started, the time scale is off on many of them. For example, the all time total players goes backwards from April to January.
In the designer, territory x,y coordinates are coming up as x,x.

Lol :p Next update should have this fix...
The X,Y button that displays all territories X,Y coordinates at the same time works correctly (although can be smooshed together for close territories).
i don't think the attack box is displaying all the AvD dice correctly when using modifiers (at least in this game http://www.wargear.net/games/player/31367, i'll have to double check some of my other games).
when i'm attacking against the towers i'm still seeing a 6v6, instead of the 5v7. also when attacking a crystal i'm seeing 6v6 instead of 6v4. i think the dice are being correctly done, when looking at the history i see the correct modifiers applied.
BTW if i roll 1v2 (-2) who wins? wouldn't that result in a 1v0?
Was there something about number of sides of dice displaying incorrectly in the Attack window after the first attack or something like that? The board looks correct.
If the -2 in 1v2 (-2) is against the defend then yes, 1v0 and attacker should always win. Although if the -2 is for the attack dice, meaning 0(-1 really)v2 then the defender would always win. Not sure of the context for the numbers and modifiers though.
yeah it looks ok from the history (mostly) and when i attack i see the colored arrows, but i don't see the dice modified in the attack window (i'll grab a screenshot on my next turn).
i say 'mostly' above as i don't think the modifiers on the crystals are being applied right. for instance look at move#2460. come to think of it you prolly can't see thru the fog. i attacked 1v1 on a crystal. dice rolled were 3v4 with a -2 on the defensive side. attacker lost and had to attack again.
I think, in the History the Dice show what was rolled while the modifier shows what the modifier as applied to the default dice were.
So if it shows 3v4 (-2) that means attacker rolled a 3, defender rolled a 4, dice modifier of the defender was 6 - 2 which means the defender was rolling a 4 sided dice.... I think :)
More looking, I think that is correct and where the confusion is. The -2 doesn't actually apply to the dice that were rolled, it was already applied during the time of the roll.
That said, the History and showing modifiers is somewhat confusing.

This is a known bug - the dice modifiers will show on your first attack, and for subsequent attacks the default 6v6 is displayed in the attack box although the modifiers still work.
Sometimes it shows 6v6 to start, then changes to something stange, like 6v10, but retains 6v6 rolling.
still having a problem with the buttons in a player's profile (i.e. mine) under 'player stats'. it comes up with "public, regular, normal" as selected and doesn't change with the changing of the buttons. i was specifically looking for my tourney score. if we can't get those sortings fixed could it be another row in the main profile page?
using IE7 on XP, BTW.
