Doesn't look like Ellesmere Island should border Baffin Island, or would need a graphic update IMO.
Murmanskaya doesn't border Karskoya More Coast right? (Just close graphically)
Should Baltic States border Finland (looks like it should)? Although Finland to Ural Mountains looks like it could too.

Old World Gear is open for Public Beta. I'll probably try and fix up some of the mini-continents to try and distinguish them a bit better, especially in Europe.
