Each Teutonic town awards players an in-hand bonus equal to the number buildings in the town.
Smaller buildings are delineated by square territory sizes and defend with a -1 dice modification.
The game is won when a player captures and holds 4 of the 6 scrolls through an entire turn and into their following turn. Once you have won simply place your units and the game will end.
Scrolls are captured by holding it’s adjacent town for one turn. Players can only capture an opponent’s scroll by capturing it’s entire town.
1 in-hand bonus army is awarded for every 12 territories held.

6 P 4 = 15 ..so hopefully I haven't missed any of the winning scroll territory combinations..
Just thought of a different way to lay out this board, and I think I like it better. Notice that all the towns have scroll bases..
By texture and/or color, associate each of the six trades with 3 or 4 towns spread evenly over the map (excluding the three 4-baggers across the center). Make it such that by looking at the scrolls, players can see which towns are associated with which trade, similar to how the shields work in WotR. This should make things fairer because the game as it is now favors players who start close to the trades.
Relax the victory condition to 3 out of 6 because players need to capture more towns to win. In fact, a 2 out of 6 victory condition might work. The lower the threshold, the faster the game, and the more there’s a sense of competition as players race to control different trades.
If 2 out of 6 seems too easy or fast, include a requirement that the winner also hold one of the three 4-baggers. Note to self -> 30 more victory factories necessary 🙁
I just finished designing a new version of the board..
Hansa Teutonica garnered 'Game of the Year' and 'Best Strategy Game' awards from Board Game Geek in 2010. Of course, this Risk-style homage plays quite differently.
The game is won by joining 2 of the 6 guilds (scrolls), then holding them through an entire turn and into their following turn. Once you have won simply place your units and the game will end.

If this game fills and you want me to start another, let me know, either here or by PM.
Final Tweaks..
The new version is up and running. I think it's just about finished. I've been spending a bit of time tweaking the description based on the observations and suggestions of folks here. The win mechanics are not unlike those of WotR, and I've added some pretty powerful spies/thieves to the game, but it's not any more complicated than WotR, and certainly not more than Ren Wars. It's not a board you can play (effectively) without reading the description, so please give it a read-through.
