Unable to place armies from traded card set when changing orders in a simulgear game.

1) Trade Cards

2) Place Armies and orders

3) Review/Commit turn

4) Click Change Orders

Results:

1) Placed Armies shows as negative number based on what the trade in was (ie. -5)

2) Your trade-in is already greyed out/cannot be resubmitted

3) You can only place your reserves from the beginning of the turn, not the troops received from trading cards.
