    My premium membership expired on 29/12/22. I renewed it on 30/12/22, but it seems that my membership is still standard. I ask you to solve this problem

    Hi there!

    I received an email informing me that my annual subscription had expired on 3 January 2023! I paid for the renewal last 30 December 2022.

    I don't understand what's going on. 

    Can you please resolve this issue?

    there has been issues with premium payments in the past. thought they were fixed, but must have something new wrong.

    tom will fix it for you; he'll see it here, but might get a quicker response if you email him ([email protected]).
