I received an email informing me that my annual subscription had expired on 3 January 2023! I paid for the renewal last 30 December 2022.
I don't understand what's going on.

Must have been a faulty entered date.
there has been issues with premium payments in the past. thought they were fixed, but must have something new wrong.
