    I have logged of the site and logged back on a couple of times.

    The error occurred on line 5401. It shows -24 armies fortified.

    You should also send a PM to Tom directly. Unfortunately he's the only administrator, and if he's busy in real life it can sometimes take a few days to get things fixed.
