Having a lot of fun getting to know how to play SimulGear games. It offers a lot of fun variety to the game.

I understand that orders are resolved based on Seat Ranking (or whichever setting is set). But, how about unit placement? Is all unit placement simultaneous as well or does a player's turn have to start first before their units are placed?

Another way to ask it: does all unit placement for all players occur before the first order of the turn is resolved?
