Option for manual placement of armies at the start of game?

A few boards have that in a scenario, but not many.
When you create a game on a board the only things you have control over are fog level, number of players, team/solo, and turn length. (And sometimes not all of those.)
"Global Warfare" is the standard RISK map (Same as Wargear Warfare) and has some scenarios that place armies at the start.

Mars 2210 has selective placement by default. So does Dnaleri. I think Ancient Isles of Kjeldor is the standard bearer for this game option, but that one's a little more advanced IMO.

asm - If you haven't played Perilous Swamps of Kjeldor yet you should give it a try. It's Ancient Isles turned up to 11.
